Park View was able to take my aunt in at short notice, her dementia having advanced, swiftly preventing her from living at home.
The staff were caring and sensitive, both to myself and my aunt’s step-daughter and to my aunt herself.
Everything was explained clearly and her admission went smoothly. When a further stroke meant that she had to go into the nursing level this was handled well.
The contract and payment side was also handled well, not rushed as I have heard happens in some places.
